We start building your yurt with a 50% deposit, and the remaining 50% is due two weeks before completion. Replacement parts are made to order and require full payment before production begins. Because each yurt is custom-built, all purchases are non-refundable.

Yes - pick up can be arranged if you prefer transportation yourself. We'll go voer the required vehicle size based on your yurt order, and may ask for photos of the vehicle ahead of time to ensure it's suitability. This helps make sure everything can be loaded safely and securely. Please note, we may refuse loading if the vehicle does not meet the necessary requirements. One the order has left the facility, it is no longer covered for damage during transportation.
