• The vinyl wall and top covers have a 10 year warranty.

• YurtZ by Design guarantees its yurts for two years on all parts and workmanship.

 

YurtZ by Design Manufacturing Inc. warrants to the original retail purchaser of this product that should the product or any part there of be proven defective in material or workmanship within two years from the date of original purchase, such defects will be replaced without charge for parts. This warranty does not apply to any incidental or consequential damages.

 

To obtain replacement within the terms of this warranty, the product should be delivered, shipping charges prepaid to YurtZ by Design Manufacturing, along with proof of date of purchase. Call 1-866-4YurtZ by Design to obtain information regarding the procedure for proper return of your product. 

 

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY PRODUCT OR PART THEREOF WHICH HAS BEEN DAMAGED THROUGH ALTERATION, MISHANDLING, MISUSE, NEGLECT OR ACCIDENT. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND NO PERSONS OR REPRESENTATIVE IS AUTHORIZED TO ASSUME FOR THE COMPANY (YurtZ by Design MANUFACTURING) ANY OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF THIS PRODUCT. SOME PROVINCES/STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LAST OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATIONS OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

 

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from place to place. Warranties are pro-rated, subject to normal wear and tear.
