CLAIMS PROCESS
Yurtz by Design Inc. warrants to the original retail purchaser that this product is free from defects in material or workmanship for two years from the date of original purchase under normal use and proper care.
This warranty does not apply to any product or part that has been damaged through alteration, misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, or acts of Nature, including but not limited to wind, snow load, flooding, or other environmental conditons.
The vinyl wall and roof covers carry a 10-year pro-rated warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Normal wear, fading, and cosmetic changes are not covered.
If non-warranty service is required, the product may be sent to Yurtz by Design for repair or replacement. Shipping charges, service fees, and return shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
To make a warranty claim, please contact us with proof of purchase and photos of the issue. Our team will review the claim and advise on the next steps. Any shipping or transportation costs related to warranty claims, including replacement parts where applicable, remain the responsibility of the customer.
